What are the inclusion criteria for the use of rtPA in thrombolysis?

A

Ischemic stroke in any brain territory; possibility of starting rtPA infusion within 4.5 hours of symptom onset; CT or MRI without evidence of hemorrhage; age over 18 years.

B

Ischemic stroke in any brain territory; possibility of starting rtPA infusion within 3 hours of symptom onset; CT or MRI without evidence of hemorrhage; age over 18 years.

C

Hemorrhagic stroke in any brain territory; possibility of starting rtPA infusion within 4.5 hours of symptom onset; CT or MRI without evidence of hemorrhage; age over 18 years.
