According to Montaño and Duriguetto (2010, p. 102-103), alienation has a range of dimensions and aspects, being:
I - In the relationship between the worker and the product of his work: in which the exploitation of the worker's product of labor, appropriated by capital, characterizes exploitation. The work performed by the worker is strange, like an object.
II - In the relationship between the worker and the act of production within work: the worker becomes an instrument, like a piece produced by a factory. Does not participate in the production process.
III - In the relationship between the worker and the social being: the subject does not recognize himself as the subject of things, as the producer of things. Alienation will occur in the understanding of oneself, of nature, and of social reality.
