Regarding the Brazilian labor laws, analyze the following statements:

I - The Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) was established by Decree-Law no. 5,452, of May 1, 1943, which brought together and unified the labor legislation existing at the time in the country.

II - Law no. 4,090/1962 instituted the Christmas Bonus for workers.

III - The Christmas Bonus corresponds to rac{1}{12} of the remuneration due in December, per month of service, of the corresponding year.

IV - The values fixed by Law no. 4,090/1962 will remain in force until they are revised.

V - The employees covered by Law no. 4,090/1962 are excluded from the scope of application of Decree-Law no. 3,200, of April 19, 1941, regarding the allowance for large families.

VI - The quotas of the family salary will not be incorporated, for any purpose, into the salary or remuneration due to employees.

VII - Law no. 4,090/1962 came into force on the first day of the month following the lapse of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its publication.

VIII - The Executive Branch will issue the Regulation of this Law within the period referred to in the previous item.

IX - Law no. 4,090/1962 was promulgated on October 3, 1963, and published in the Official Gazette on October 8, 1963.
